Students Learning Disabilities

I work for the Department of Education in an elementary building. My students are Special Ed. Each student has an IEP that states their individual disability. This allows you how to help the child reach their goal.

What's an IEP? I think this is an example of the specialized knowledge that Lenssen suggests we avoid when writing for a global audience. Why not use this post to tell us about how an IEP works (and what it stands for)? You might link to a site that has an example so readers can understand. (You might delete this comment after you read it, or not). :-)

You need details to your story. You can engage your readers more if you give details to your story. Also, your headlines aren't so descriptive and the slideshow doesn't really match with the theme of your blog.
